I didnt use Microsoft for a couple for years. only use Emacs+Linux, but dont know the background info of LaTEx:L

no discrimination, fully respect but just tell the truth. why are the US and Canada getting worse and worse, and their politics turning left and left? just because those pity liberal arts graduates basically aint employable, then naturally, they complaining about anything everyday as widows. Unfortunately, a few of these poor ass become journalists or even the sick "human activitists".....Consequently, LGBT prevails

Unemployment, due to many factors,  is unjustifiably a treat to social stability. I tend to believe, however, like any other social problems, it's inevitable and can only be addressed through policy initiatives and social redress, and that's what sociologists and pitiful "asses" are for.

The prevalence of LGBT groups doesn't arise from social activists (they don't become sexually diverse because of activists' arguments), instead, if you look at China and see millions of gay wives with their children staying in marriage, suffering from the standardized orientation that forces their partners to be gay husbands, you'll hold back your potential hostility to social activists and discrimination against LGBTs.

I can hardly think of any reason that you, as an immigrant, refuse to accept diversity of which you're a component.

Regardless of the above, you're a super smart faculty member while I'm a poor student.

Forget about the template, WHAT used to be your motivations of applying to a bachelor's in commerce and later an EE phd?

You made a clear point but you went way too far beyond your point esp. after this little debate with our journalist. It seems like you just want to impose your personal opinions on others.

Yes, CS is the best choice for us to hunt for a decent job after graduate.  But learning CS or using emacs+linux and all these CS skills are not good reasons to make you feel better or higher than anybody else.

What makes you think everybody should learn how to use editor and programming? You have shown us here some information about career path in Canada but your over-confidence and self-obsession are ruining it unfortunately.

Instead of fighting with people no matter verbally or physically, talk more sense and feed them with more inside info and maybe give out some examples or stats would help more.

通常不劝人，对于家境承担得起一个硕士费用的，我从来不说话的。但是看一些“成功人士”劝那些倾全家之财出来读书的孩子往坑里跳忍不住，还撕过几回，也不知道是不是染上了戾气T_T

我现在觉得 文科生要多点过去，那边优秀的理工科已经很多了。
但任劳任怨，勤勤恳恳，
就是不会表达自己。

白人是不聪明，黑人也不努力（no offense），
但会哭的孩子有奶吃。人家就靠这个吃饭，也不会受欺负。
所以要闹，要说，要争，哪里不爽哪里投诉，哪里有问题哪里解决。

sorry, i have to say sth to fight back.
First, coding is just a skill that helps our poors live a normal life. It doenst make anybody higher or lower that others. However, how did you find I behave as that way? Maybe you just too sensitive or aint confident eh?  
Second, more importantly, I always underline that, changing to CS is ONLY applied to our Diao3 Si1 Wei3 Suo3 Nan2/Nv3. Maybe unlike you, these students dont have too much $ to pursue a fancy degree, and are thirsty for a not bad job to settle down.
Last, I am requesting your valuable info. Have you found a journalist job with arts degree in the North America? If so, you are so luck, but could you tell me how much chance it is? if not such, could you tell me how much $$ you spoiled for your fancy degree? or, if you are the rich ass, plz shut up
