As we know, people always expect that their country, running in many policies, becomes more prosperous and every aspect in daily life, influenced by many policies, run from good to better.

Genuinely, major policies decision,as the political work, need the politician for they meet with the professional requirement. The politician are a professional vocation resemble other professions, for example the physician, from this angle, as well as the difference among them owe to their chiefly concerning field and their specialty’s influencing range, like the New Policy constituted by Theodore Roosevelt versus the Relative Theory discovered by Albert Einstein. As we know, physicists who obtain achievement in their research field must have gotten a mass of special physics knowledge and researched professionally in that point for period of time. So government, as another professional vocation, also requires that its professionists, the politician, possess special knowledge background and research a certain question professionally to solve it. Therefore, as one of those professional work of government, the major policy decision require the politician as professionist role who hold more information about that point, can research it standing more professional angle those needed by getting a better perspective in it, and orient approximately the development.

Depending only absolutely professional politician, however, make us lose the opportunity to push the policy to the best while it possibly care quite parts of correlative social questions beneficial from their professional background. Because they always fail to know questions, with most detailed, when they are enacting new policies or modifying old ones aiming at those. Nevertheless the part of questions, which only professional politician cannot explicitly and penetratingly know, like the influence’s anticipation of the new economic policy to car engine research proposal that probably cause new economic trend, though with the help of government experts but the special experts, for example professional engine researcher is in need of that above case, and, even if, sometime ignore for some private political sake, as we know the politician must care its political interest to a certain extent, maybe the essential factor to make the policy better. The extreme, but really existent in nowadays civilization, situation is autarchy, like the crumpled Taliben government and the existent nowadays North Korea government. They cause the national financial crippling for their autarchy, especially the Taliben government: compared with now filling with poverty and starvation, Afghanistan is the well developing country before dominion under arbitrary Taliban government.

In conclusion, the well mode, also have used by many democratic nation, of major policy decision is that government give the approximate policy orientation and make crude version, followed by adopting other realms experts' opinions to refine and amend it, and in addition, the whole process supervised by the people, who at least hold the voting right.

不过你的文章在WORD里面除了几个名词以外还有蓝线，是不是该自己去跳楼啊。:p
