这句话啥意思啊？就是2015年1月之前是最后一批了吗？

Express Entry 之后是否 PhD Stream 就取消了还说不准呢。。

Express Entry 是一个连接，你点进去，里面有一句话：
To prepare for the launch of Express Entry in 2015, Citizenship and Immigration Canada will begin accepting applications under new caps for the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)

这样看来，也许不会取消。。。可能会在形式上有所变化吧
