解析说broad geographic area没提到，但是原文不是说international trading吗。
关于D选项，原文说 within a community 是平等的，D却说all是平等的，觉得不太合理啊

你说的international trading是用来修饰surplus的，surplus是刺激guilds形成的原因，所以international trading和guilds没什么关系
这道题的答案应该在这句话里 In the multiplicity of small-scale local egalitarian or quasi-egalitarian organizations for fellowship...

至于all和within community的问题嘛...是不是有点点钻牛角尖了？如果说每一个community里的人们都相互平等对待，那么说所有人互相之间是平等的也不是太大的问题呀~
