I've read two chapters of the novel that currently I'm reading , 1Q84 , Tengo explained the reason why he felt nauseous about Sunday by recalling his boyhood when he went with his dad , who was a fee collector for the NHK , while his dad collected fees every Sunday.Then he talked with Fuka-Eri on the high-speed train about the person whom Tengo was to meet.

Today the reading is focus on the hallucinogenic plants. A certain kindred of mashroom is likely to make one depict every one with a shadow without the sunlight and hear the ground murmuring to sabotage him. Nevertheless, such mashroom could help with schizophrenia with its capability to change one's characteristics.

I've read two chapters for today.One chapter is about the story of Aomame. This chapter informs the reader of the thoughts in Aomame's mind while she could not help thinking that the world has changed a lot.Plus there's a fact that she's turned 30.
I've learned from the other chapter that the dad of Fuka-Eri has a story.He led to a revolution while in his youth.And there came vicissitudes.

Today I read about the foundation of the United States,the Declaration of Independence, and its contributor, Thomas Jefferson. I also read the first famous femist, who is also the wife of second president, Abigail Adams. What is interesting is that Jefferson is a rather idealist and that the famous line 'all men are created equal' had been illustrated differently with respect to women, Native Americans, ect.

I read two chapters of 1Q84 today after I did a reading practice set of TOEFL TPO. AOMAME made friends with a policewoman at a bar.The policewoman talked about how badly women were discriminated against:even there are some who are capable , they are not to be designated in a high position. Aomame told the woman that her job was a coach teaching martial arts.And she knew quite well how a woman should defend herself when attacked by a man , how to accurately kick in the ball.And stuff like this.
The other chapter : the professor told Tengo the story of Fuka-Eri. The lilttle girl was happy living with the professor and his daughter.Her dyslexia gets improved in the help of both the professor and his daughter.

I'm on a tight schedule for today.
Basically most of what I've done for today is listening practice.
Besides I read a chapter of 1Q84.

Anomame recalled her dead best friend while she talked to the dowager.Tamaki, the girl whom Anomame could open herself to , used to play an important role in softball game while she was in her high school. She had a man whom she had liked before that unfortunate thing happened to her: a violent rape after the deliberate invitation to the man's room.Depression subsequently overwhelmed her.Anomame made up her mind for a avenge and later she smashed everything in the man's room while the man was not there.

I did a lot of listening practice before I read two chapters of 1Q84. Aomame narrated her bad experience of childhood in her heart : an unadorned life void of anything " redundant " --- even news was considered as unnecessary in her family.She led a rather different life from her classmates in her elementary school.For example , the food in school's canteen provided her nutrients that kept her bodily development , when her classmates thought the food in the canteen was tasteless and they left much of it uneaten.Then Aomame received a phone call from Ayumi , her policewoman friend. They met up at a French restaurant famous in the district , serving good food that was nevertheless expensive.
