I'm sorry, but I can't agree to supervise you for a PhD and nor do I believe that you would receive a scholarship or be admitted to XXX. International students who gain entry into a PhD program at XXX usually have already have undertaken a masters degree with a substantial research dissertation component and many also have published papers in English in academic journals. I don't think you've reached that stage yet.
Best wishes,

The most heartbreaking reply I received from a Prof. is only written in one word "SORRY!", all in capital letters. So calm down, be always prepared for the reality: there's no the worst situation, but the worse situation, and you deserve it.
Thank you for contacting me. I think you should indeed apply to our Master of Computer Science program, as you have a good file. However, I will not be able to supervise you, as I have many students already (and am committed to a few more for 2014). I apologize for this bad timing.

u see I never expect too much, I have realized the reality at the exact beginning. Funding is limited as well as our capacity. We are not native, not the most talented ones in our country, not being with anything proving our potential, It's so common to be rejected or ignored.
However, making the worst expectation and preparing the best are always good, you will never know what life will finally reward you, and I always believe that.
