We are the biggest language exchange organization in Hong Kong. As per request from one of our member, we would like to rent out his flat or a room near Shatin/ Fotan MTR station. Rental priority:

1. Foreign/ chinese/ Japanese active members including expats or students from any nations.
2. A single room: around HKD 4500-5500 or  a whole Flat: 12000- 13500 / month (price negotiable)
3. Size: of the flat: around 500 sq feet.
4. Around 10 mins by walk to Fotan railway station.
