分享一个拿到便宜internet service的方法

大家都把rogers亲切的称呼为robbers，但是没想到还是有法子取到便宜的plan的。
以下内容是我从另一个论坛转来的，亲身试验过，拿到了100M下载速度/10M上传速度/unlimited usage 的上网plan，含税价格$48.01/月，一年，没有contract，还送一年的shomi和NHL。本人不拿回扣哈，只是给大伙分享一下经验，不要再为网络付那么多钱了。

For existing customers, Rogers Ignite Internet packages are available for 50% off.

New customers:
- Standard offer is $25 off for first 3 months. Activation fee is $15.
- Sign up for the standard offer. Try to get Activation fee waived.
- Couple of weeks after service gets installed, follow the instructions below for existing customers.

Existing Rogers Internet customers:
- Call in to 1-888-ROGERS-1 to cancel service. Reason could be you received a competitive offer from Bell Internet for $40/month for unlimited usage.
- If the best the agent can do is 30% off, stay firm with cancelation. Schedule cancelation for roughly 2 weeks from the call date.
- You'll likely receive a call from winback department asking reason for cancellation, and they'd give you 50% off.
- If you don't receive call from winback in a week's time, call 1-855-381-7834. Only call this number if you put up a cancellation notice on account. Without the notice, they won't talk to you. Say "I missed a call from this number".


50% off is available for all Ignite Internet packages. So if you don't really need high speeds or unlimited usage, and want 50% off for Ignite 30 or Ignite 60, follow the same process

目前还在dt，但昨天正式成为房奴，过几个月就要挤着go train上班了。。。

入的townhouse。。apt不敢入，入手了怕卖不出去

你房子多少钱？月供多少？

我买的七十多万的，house现在是买不起了。。dt的condo并不便宜，而且condo的管理费大概每尺0.6块，一房一厅600尺的condo每个月要交360的管理费，而且房子越老管理费越高。从投资角度上来看房龄五年以上的condo就不好卖出去了，况且condo的涨幅也比townhouse和house要少很多，买condo基本算跑赢通货膨胀而已。
