Nowadays, many schools ask students to evaluate teachers, in my opinion, this is a good way for school staff to communicate with their students aiming at same goal, i.e. heightening teaching and studying quality.
Education, in fact, is a kind of consumption of mankind, which is thought at the angle of market economy. At the two sides of this market act, there are two groups of people. One is the university staff, being the service provider, and the other is the student, playing the role of consumer.
As the education service provider, universities is bound to talk with students to know how their employers works, only doing that can they provide much better service like have to arrange the curriculums more scientifically and other things
Standing on the point of the students, they are essential to think of the services provided by universities and response their attitude to the universities when necessary. Only by means of doing this, can they have better education source and only by this , can the service between provider and consumers be tighten.
As a good means of communication between universities and students, evaluation of the teachers  must do a good role in mordent education.
