What do you think of the journalists?

To be frank with you, I hate them. With the retorted report and selfish, they seldom show considerate mercy on the victims. What they want is the story itself, set apart from the real people involved...

I am so angry with them these days because it happened to me in reality...

这是记者的职业使然。这一职业要求他们报道事实（某些国家除外），而不是直接改变事实。

Their position require their to but not to alternate what has taken place. (except for some certain countries).

I am afraid lot of journalists are of such kind. Nevertheless there ARE some responsible ones.(actually what is the "这" refering to :confused:

That's complicated! We cannot jump any conclusions about journalists being selfish! They make their own livings, they work hard to feed themselves, and they legally do everything at their boss's command...just imagine what kind of world will be without luxuriating in the large amount of informations the jurnalists bring us! In that way, the so-called globalization would be a sugar-coated bullet or something...We shouldn't always focus on the negative side! Be mercy!

Whistling softly in the dark
Is a better cure than anything
For a confused mind searching for an answer

Whistling loudly enough to drown out that little voice inside your head
Is a better way than any other
To prevent miscommunication of feelings

Be mercy or be objective?

I hold that to report in a objective way benefit the public in a more sensible way rather than focusing on the negative side of our world. After all the so-called 'reporter' is supposed to behave in accordance with the fact. If anything subjective have been taken into their work, the journalists are actually violating their professional discipline.
