For candidate who receives the conditional admission offer letter, that is there is a clause “the offer or admission is on the condition that you obtain your XXXXX from?? XXXXXX“ on your offer of admission letter, please email the latest transcript and certificate to GRAS_EEE@ntu.edu.sg by 28 June 2015. Upon receipt of the latest transcript and certificate, your case will be put up to the management to review if you have met the term stipulated in the conditional offer.

只要成绩单吗，因为现在我们办不了学位证明。。。

你还没毕业的嘛？他不是要transcript嘛？你开一个在读证明，看看行不行？

我也收到了这个邮件，但是6.28之前弄不出学位证书啊，不知道该咋办。
