求助帖——关于NY bar资格审核

5月份寄出去了材料，今天收到回复，说是需要补充材料，打电话过去问了，接电话的人说话很快，就说按照邮件要求做，让我补充关于transcript的信息，而我transcript加盖学校章已经寄过去了，不太清楚这封信的具体含义，有人遇到相似的情况吗，求助。

Dear Candidate:   
Please be advised that the Board is unable to determine your eligibility under Section 520.6 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals based on the documents furnished to date.    Rule 520.6 (b) (1) requires successful completion of law school study that is at least substantially equivalent in duration to that required under subdivisions (c)(1)(i) and (ii) and (d)(2) of Rule 520.3. If your official transcript does not clearly confirm that your law degree was based on classroom study that is substantially equivalent in duration to the number of credits and hours of instruction as required by Rule 520.3, then it will be necessary for you to provide a written statement from your law school confirming the credits per subject and the total number of hours of instruction time per subject successfully completed during your program of study.
Upon our receipt and review of the required documentation we will gladly advise you of your eligibility.

众所周知，NY bar近年做了不少调整，包括设定PRO BONO50个小时，evaluation过程强调课时等等。我恰好是今年7月要考BAR，遇到了材料准备上的一些新情况，希望给今年和之后有同样遭遇的申请者以参考。

本人情况，ECUPL国际法学院小本，大三半年英国交流。ECUPL国际法学院无被deny的先例。

情况一：要求部分申请者额外提供成绩单与课时证明。邮件节选如下：

1.该情况不多见也不罕见，在NYU大约有3-5名左右的同学被要求出示这份材料。具体应对就是让学院出个证明材料，按照它的要求来，把课时什么的说清楚了就行。

2.这一要求是第一次出现，至少针对华政国际法与法律学院。但是同一学院同一年份的人有的被要求出示，有的并没有被要求。而出国交流并不是一个核心原因，因为华政有和我同时去同一学校交流的小本，没有被如此要求；也有未出国交流的本科毕业生被要求出示这些材料的。我私下猜测因负责评估的人而异，换句话说，看人品。

3.交完材料后一个礼拜左右对方会给答复。

谢谢萝卜头,这篇我刚查到。学校是出不了证明了，在想怎么写清楚，然后让国内的同学去盖个章~

不好意思，今年7月的也出现了同样的情况。
想问一下前辈是重新把所有的材料+新的statement都重寄了一份，还是就只重寄了新的statement。。
