有木有小伙伴申请了这个呀？1月20日就截止了，但是我发现里面的申请信息填了都没有办法保存，而且网页也一直报错，不知道是怎么回事？求解答求帮助~谢谢~

Dear Sir/ Madam

Due to the many people trying to apply for a scholarship, our servers are currently at full capacity and cannot accept any more applications at the moment. The Swedish Institute has therefore decided to extend the application period until midnight (CET) Friday 22 January and hope that you will be able to submit your application by then. We regret the inconvenience, but this is the solution we are able to offer this year. The application period has been open from 1 December 2015 and will close 22 January 2016.
