Life don't always go our way, just get joy out of the little things, be happy here and now and don't look for happiness down the road somewhere.

When you are upset, think about the smell of wet rocks, fresh cut grass, waking up in the middle of the night realizing you have about 5 more hours before classes, butterflies in the belly... when you hit your funny bone... the release of a sneeze... getting a real mail... enjoying a laugh... riding a bike on a sunny day... when your favorite sports team wins in dramatic fashion... eating your favorite foods while watching quality programming on a clear crisp tv... getting lost in a big city... satisfaction after completion... good conversation... etc.:)
