今天收到一封RISD的邮件

Dear xxx,
The faculty in the Landscape Architecture Department have reviewed your application and the supporting credentials for admission.
The faculty have a favorable impression of your efforts as a student and your potential as an artist and designer.  We are less certain, however, of your experience and capability with written and spoken English.
Since we are somewhat uncertain of your capability with English, we don't feel we can finalize a decision that is in your best educational interests at this time.  We have decided to interview you for further assessment of your ability.  You will be contacted by a representative from RISD (cc'd on this email) to schedule your interview, which will take approximately 30 minutes. A Skype account is needed and you can visit their website to create your free account.
We hope that you are able to schedule this interview at your earliest convenience as it will provide us more insight into your potential for success here at RISD.
Your interest in RISD and your effort and cooperation during the application process is appreciated.  If you have any questions about your application, please feel free to contact me directly by replying to this email.
请问是不是表示收到面试了？
那需要我回信预约时间吗，还是等他再联系我？

恭喜哈！应该说邮件里他抄送的人就是安排与你面试的，会和你联系商量时间。个人感觉回复一下以示感谢和尊重，回复的时候也带上那个抄送的email比较好，并标明一下自己最早合适的时间应该就ok吧。congrats！

从最基本的spell your name开始，问到你最近做什么，你的家乡的人都做什么，你喜不喜欢学英语，谈一个你的朋友，，谈一些你知道的美国正在发生的事儿，再到比较专业一些的你对全球化怎么看，你对RISD怎么看之类的，问题超多……不过都是纯粹的英语问题。
