小米回复“in our active consideration”是什么意思？

申请了CUHK COMM的MPHIL，24号面试后就没有消息了，直到上周五在寄托上看到有位同学收到了OFFER~然后发邮件给小米，听说第一轮OFFER已经发了，我在waiting list上吗？结果回复是这样的，Please note that your application is in our active consideration. Since the admission process of CUHK consists of several rounds of selections and we can only confirm the number of student intake by the end of May 2016. You can login to https://www.gradsch.cuhk.edu.hk/OnlineApp/login.aspx and select “View Application Result” to check the status.
哎真搞不懂了，听说今年quota比较少，好心慌呀，因为我只申请了这一个项目……我登录系统里看，也只是your application has been received。。
