We are seeking high caliber professionals to join the team as Junior Finance Manager. The vacancy comes at a time where our company is undergoing rapid expansion and growth. The key business scope for the company is commodity trading, project financing and debt issuance.

Job Responsibilities
•  Assist management in sourcing and maintaining of new and existing banking facilities.
•  Coordinate with financial institutions to prepare credit proposals, memorandum, due diligence
packages and other materials as requested.
•  Perform industry research and financial analysis including financial modeling and valuation
•  Prepare investment memo, presentation and investment reports in a timely manner
•  Supervise company trade flows and handle trading documentations.
•  Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications
•  University Degree or above preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
•  Previous experience in banking/commodity/trading will be an asset
•  Self-motivated, independent, willing to work under pressure
•  Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
•  Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•  Comfortable in frequent travels between China and Hong Kong
•  Immediate availability preferred
