cic work permit申请被拒能argue吗

coop work permit申请延长被拒
我之前的study permit 9月到期，coop work permit也一同到期，所以申请延长
我的新study permit已经拿到明年9月才过期，然后我才提交coop work permit申请

被拒理由：[X] Your status in Canada is valid until 30 September 2016.

我怀疑签证审核的人连我的材料都没仔细看，明明study permit 已经续到明年了

我的小签9月到期还没来得及续，但这应该不影响我的status吧，需要先续小签才能续coop work permit？
我怎么才能跟cic argue，还是再重新申一次？

argue一下吧，应该是没有看到你的新续的学签，你是新的老的都上传了？

我只上传了新的，如果他看了材料应该不可能搞错，效率低也就算了感觉他们全凭心情审核
怎么argue，CIC上面没找到任何可以argue application的电话或者email

you can write a letter to CIC or resubmit your application to argue.
Call center cannot solve the problem.

我也觉得call center的人管不了申请审核的事，顶多就帮忙留个记录
翻遍了cic网站，也没找到可以写信的地址，联系方式好像只有call center……
请问你有写过信吗？

这个续签其实本来就是一个新申请
没办法我只能重新再申请一次了，但所有的材料跟上次还是一样的

The envelope has a return address from which your work permit is mailed. I wrote to that address. It takes around 3 weeks for them to mail the updated one back.

But to confirm it is still valid to do so, call the call center to ask them if there is any way to argue without paying the application fee for another time. You may need to call more than one time if you don't get the answer. I made three different calls before I got this approach from call center.

请问楼主，你是什么时候续签的呢？是学签快到的时候续签的吗？
