岗位一、未来领袖(营销管理方向)(3人)
Post 5: Future Leader ( Sales and Marketing)
工作地点:香港/印度/印尼/澳洲
Workplace: HongKong /Djakarta of Indonesia/India/Australia

职责简述
1.依据公司整体战略,制定销售战略规划,把握行业及公司业务的拓展方向,带领团队完成公司确定的销售目标;
2.负责公司销售队伍建设及培养,打造高素质、高绩效销售团队,培养公司销售团队文化;
3.建立、健全部门的各项规章制度
4.负责制订项目营销策略、媒体传播、推广计划
5.负责提炼项目的核心价值,以及各策略分部的广告文案、宣传物料审核
6.负责协调相关资源,确保营销策略的顺利实施


Job responsibilities:
1.According to the overall strategy of company, develop sales strategy planning and grasp the industry and the company's business development direction, in order to lead the team to complete the company's sales target;
2.Take charge of building and training sales team, have talented in creating high-quality sales team, and team culture;
3. Establish and perfect the rules and regulations of the sales and marketing department.
4. Formulate marketing strategies, media transmission and promotion plans of the project
5. Extract core values of the project and examine the advertisements and promotion materials from various strategy divisions
6. Coordinate relevant resources to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategies

任职要求:
1.国内985/211高校、海外名校
2.学历:博士
3.专业:经济类(经济、金融等)、文学类(新闻、传媒、广告等)管理类(企业管理、工商管理、市场营销、公共管理等)、统计学
4.其他:有相关工作经验的优先考虑
Job qualifications:
1. University: Project 211/985 universities in China or renowned overseas universities
2. Educational background: Doctor’s degree
3. Major: Economy-related majors (Economy, Finance, etc.), literature-related majors (Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertisement, etc.); management-related majors (Enterprise Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Management, etc.), Statistics.  
4. Others: preferably those with relevant working experience  

薪酬福利:薪资面议,另加管理佣金。通讯、交通补贴,午餐、住宿全安排。非目标国本地人士提供额外的探亲报销。
Compensation and welfare: Negotiable Salary plus management commission, communication and travel allowance; lunch and accommodation are covered; additional reimbursement of airline tickets for family visits for employees who are not from target countries.

Post 6: Human Resource Director/Manager/Executive
Workplace: Johor Bahru of Malaysia/Djakarta of Indonesia/India/Australia/HongKong
职责简述:
1.负责招聘、培训、薪酬绩效等人力资源领域工作
2.负责新项目筹备期间本职能工作准备
3.负责所管理项目的人力资源全面工作,包括与区域人力资源部的业务对接。
4.E-HR系统管理,各模块工作计划、总结提报。
Job responsibilities:
1. Take charge of recruitment, training and salary performance of the HR Department
2. Functional preparations in the preparatory period of new project
3. Take charge of comprehensive HR work, including business docking with regional HR department
4. Take charge of E-HR system management and put forward working plans and summaries of various modules
任职要求
1.具备人力资源工作经验三年以上
2.具备较强的专业知识和沟通协调能力
3.熟悉目标国家的人力资源法规、政策
4.可以接受出差或不少于2年的异地派驻
5.良好的受教育水平,本科及以上学历为佳。
6、中英文读、写熟练,熟悉目标国家语言优先。
Job qualifications
1. At least 3 years of experience in human resources
2. Strong expertise, communication and coordination capability
3. Familiar with national human resource laws and regulations
4. Business trips or at least 2 years of overseas residence are required
5. Bachelors’ degree or above
6. Excellency in Chinese and English reading and writing. Priority will be granted to those who know languages of target countries.

岗位三、销售事务专员 7人
工作地点:马来西亚新山/香港
Post 7: Sales admin executive
Workplace: Johor Bahru of Malaysia/Hongkong
职责简述:
1.负责本项目销售数据的统计、销控、签约资料准备
2.负责收款、开票、系统更新、按揭跟进等
3.协助客户办理异地交款、资料补充、并解答客户疑问
4.协助处理银行、律师事务所、国内总部对接的事务
Job responsibilities:
1. Take charge of sales data statistics, sales control and preparations of signing documents of the project
2. Take charge of payment collection, billing, system update and mortgage follow-up
3. Assist customers to handle remote payment and information supplement and answer customers’ questions
4. Assist to handle businesses docked with banks, law firms and domestic headquarters   
任职要求
1.具备良好的计算机操作能力、数据处理能力
2.工作细致、思维敏捷、良好的亲和力和抗压能力
3.具备良好的沟通能力
4.具备房地产行业经验,或银行、律师事务所经验优先
5.良好的受教育水平,本科及以上学历为佳。

岗位四、销售主任(带队)8人
Post 8: sales supervisor(team leading needed)
工作地点:马来西亚新山/香港
Workplace: Johor Bahru of Malaysia/Hongkong
职责简述:
1、根据业绩目标,制定小组计划,推进和监督计划的执行和反馈,确保业绩目标达成;                                                                             2、对接项目渠道,针对项目销售,展开客户渠道与圈层资源的拓展及维护;
3、参加宣传/拓展活动与展会的跟进和执行;
4、海外旅游考察团接团工作的组织与执行;                     
5、负责销售小组管理、督促和激励,协调各部门之间的配合工作。
Job responsibilities:
1. Based on performance objectives, formulate group plans, promote and monitor the implementation and feedbacks of such plans to ensure the team to complete the performance objectives;
2. Take charge of project channel docking and conduct expansion and maintenance of customer channels and circle resources based on project sales
3. Participate in the follow-up and implementation of promotion/expansion activities and exhibitions
4. Organize and implement receptions of overseas tourist and investigation groups
5. Take charge of the management, supervision and encouragement of the sales team and coordinate various departments
任职要求
1、全日制大专以上学历;
2、形象气质佳(量化指标:五官端正、手臂无纹身;男性:身高168-180CM,体重55-80KG,女性身高158CM-170CM,体重45-65KG)
3、具有房地产销售工作经验4年以上,或具备2年以上团队管理经验,具有较强的领导能力和管理技巧;                                                                                    
4、具备中文、英文交流能力
Job qualifications:
1. Full-time junior college degree or above
2. Good-looking and elegant (quantitative indicators: well-featured, no arm tattoos; male: 168-180CM high and weighting 55-80KG; female: 158CM-170CM high and weighting 45-65KG)
3. At least 4 years of sales experience in real estate industry or at least 2 years of team management experience with strong leadership and management skills
4. Communicate ability in Chinese and English
薪酬 :月薪20000-25000RMB(不含销售佣金)
Salary: monthly salary of 20000-25000RMB(excluding sales commission)

岗位五、销售顾问100人
工作地点:马来西亚新山/香港
Post 9: sales executive
Workplace: Johor Bahru of Malaysia/Hongkong
职责简述:
1.负责楼盘销售现场接待工作,解答客户咨询
2.独立、全程完成物业销售工作,完成销售目标
3.通过外拓、发展编外、分销开拓新客户
4.协助客户办理交易手续,维护老客户,促进老带新成交。
Job responsibilities:
1. Take charge of field sales receptions and answer customers’ questions
2. Complete the whole-process property sales independently and complete sales targets
3. Develop new customers through external expansion and the development of off-staff and distribution
4. Assist customers to handle trade procedures, maintain old customers and promote new transactions introduced by old customers   
任职要求
1.全日制大学专科以上学历,房地产经营、市场营销类相关毕业优先;
2.有2年以上房地产销售经验,销售业绩优秀;或其它耐用消费品、大宗商品、金融保险销售经验
3.具有较强的亲和力以及沟通能力,形象气质佳,可承受较大工作压力
4.有拓展经验优先及客户资源者优先
5.中、英文读、写熟练,小语种特长优先(马来西亚语、印尼语、韩语、日语、俄语、阿拉伯语)
Job qualifications:
1. Full-time bachelor’s degree and above. Priorities will be granted to those with majors related to real estate operation and marketing;
2. At least 2 years of sales experience in real estate industry with excellent sales performance or sales experiences in other durable consumer goods, bulk goods, finance and insurance;
3. Strong affinity and communication ability, good-looking and elegant and adaption to great working pressure
4. Priorities will be granted to those with expansion experience and customer resources
5. Excellent in Chinese and English reading and writing.  Priorities will be granted to those with abilities in minority languages (Malay, Indonesian, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Arabic)

岗位六、销售助理2人
工作地点:香港
Post 10: sales assistant
Workplace: Hongkong
职责简述:
1.负责楼盘销售现场接待工作,包括但不限于接待指引、咨询解答、参观服务指引等
2.协助销售顾问完成物业销售工作,包括电话邀约、资料整理、成交手续跟进等工作
3.负责案场公共事务(包括文具、资料、耗材领用、管理等)
4.协助客户在案场期间的其它需要。
Job responsibilities:
1. Take charge of field sales receptions, including but not limited to reception and guidance, question answering and visit service guidance;
2. Assist sales consultants to complete the property sales, including telephone invitation, documents preparation and transaction procedures follow-up;
3. Take charge of onsite public affairs (including stationeries, documents, consumable supplies, and management)
4. Assist to complete other onsite requirements of customers  
任职要求
1.大学专科以上学历,房地产、市场营销类相关毕业优先;
2.具有较强的亲和力以及沟通能力,形象气质佳,对营销工作有较强烈的兴趣;
3.可以考虑优秀的应届毕业生
4.中、英文、粤语读、写熟练,
5. Job qualifications:
1. Junior college degree and above. Priorities will be granted to those with majors related to real estate and marketing;
2. Strong affinity and communication ability, good-looking and elegant, and strong interest in marketing;
3. Fresh graduates are also welcomed;
4. Excellent in Chinese Cantonese and English reading and writing.
