请教香港理工网申授课型研究生，是要提交高考/会考成绩吗？

我已经大学毕业多年，最近要申请香港理工和香港中文的护理硕士课程，然后在理工网申的时候，遇到一个表格，不知道是不是要提供高考或者高中会考成绩？如果是的话，那我已经忘记了，并且没有留存任何有关记录，请问这种情况怎么办呢？

如下是理工form AS811里面的描述，
Applicants are required to complete this form and upload the relevant certificates and transcripts to the online application system. All personal data of unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed.
Applicant studied in overseas countries and has not sat for HKCEE or HKAL exam is not required to fill in the above. The results of high school/provincial examination should be uploaded for consideration of acceptable alternatives.
