Rescheduling

Life is full of unexpected events, the happening of which you have no alternative but to accept. By accepting them, people cannot change the way they go, but may reschedule their own plan in accordance with what is happening.

I am at the corner of such a crossing, and a decision turns out to be badly needed here at the moment. I am gonna think over this problem for a while, and a choice will be made in a week.

I believe to make a decision acts much more than just 'a temporary sorrow'. On the one hand, while seeking for a solution, one has to concentrate on the very subject and therefore evaluate the problem from more angles, which guarantees a more objective analysis. On the other hand, the process of decision making involves in a balance of various factors. When you've decided which to give up, it helps to converge all of one's efforts on a single target.

Actually I'm totally with you at this point. Decision making can be hard. Almost any decision involves some conflicts or dissatisfaction. The difficult part is to pick one solution where the positive outcome can outweigh possible losses. Avoiding decisions often seems easier. Yet, making your own decisions and accepting the consequences is the only way to stay in control of your time, your success, and your life. I believe this is a significant step for everybody, if you want to come up with a rational decision, calm down first, and then, make a list of options, a set of actions you can take to accomplish your goals. No haste, think it systematically. And remember, always have faith in yourself, no matter what. I believe you can handle it very well...
