1. Client Services Associate/Senior Associate--Product and Solution Department       
Duties:
Reporting to the global sales head and the regional sales directors, you will be the key person to cover E Fund HK’s global clients. You will assist the sales director to provide daily support to the clients and help E Fund HK further develop the client base in the global market.         
Requirements:
You must be action-driven and goal-oriented, with excellent inter-personal skills.

2. Product Manager--Product and Solution Department       
Duties:       
• Develop, build and sustain professional relationships with institutional clients and utilize these relationships to promote business;
• Formulate business strategies and plans for growing the institutional sales business with emphasis on business AUM development and market penetration to Hong Kong and Mainland China market in the Asia Pacific region;
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets;
• Drive and lead internal and external coordination to meet and provide products necessary to meet client’s requirements;
• Provide total financial asset management solutions to institutional clients;
• Management of marketing roadmap and Client events.
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in economics, finance or related disciplines from leading universities;

3. Product Team Assistant--Product and Solution Department               
Duties:
• Support the Client Marketing & Sales road map and other marketing events;
• Support Sales activities;
• Maintenance and Coordination of Marketing documentation liaising with Marketing;
• Work closely with Product and Solution Team;
• Responsible for developing /maintaining Client database in order to enhance Client Relationship Management;
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree holder in finance, economics, accounting or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years working experience, proven exposure in established Investment / Corporate Banks or Asset Management Firms is an advantage
• Relevant experience in Mainland China strongly preferred;

Duties:
• This is a highly visible position with potentially major responsibilities in investment management at E Fund
• Can perform research on both market fundamentals and technical
• Analyzing China high yield bond and debt
• Generate trade ideas on credit instruments.
• Responsible for deep fundamental credit analysis and in depth company specific due diligence
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in sciences or finance from leading universities
• Familiar with high yield bond and debt issuers especially in China names
• Performed fundamental research on Asian equities with focus in small cap
• Well articulated investment philosophy, deep belief in fundamentals and structured investment research
• Responsible for credit research activities and the development of research strategies and model building methodology

5. Emerging Market Analyst (non-China)--Investment Department               
Duties:
• This is a highly visible position with potentially major responsibilities in investment management at E Fund
• Analyzing emerging market non-China Corporate Bonds
• Financial modeling
• Reviewing financial/operating results and analyzing sector trends
• Writing research reports including company/sector initiations, earnings reviews and updates
• Build and update financial models on companies within the sector/region
• Generate investment ideas for our clients
• Generate trade ideas on credit instruments.
• Assist in business development in the institutional and retail market
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in sciences or finance from leading universities
• Familiar with related field
• Well articulated investment philosophy, deep belief in fundamentals and structured investment research

6. Portfolio Manager--Investment Department               
Duties:
• This is a highly visible position with potentially major responsibilities in investment management at E Fund
• Work closely with the Top management and investment team to manage, monitor, and maintain client portfolios. He/she will develop and research new investment ideas for clients, perform continuing due diligence on existing investments, and serve as a member of the investment team.
• Independently managing global allocation fixed income asset
• Generate investment guidelines specific to client risk tolerances and goals
• Champion the firm’s portfolio rebalancing software and investment models
• Utilize Morningstar, Value Line, and other research software to screen for new investment ideas and maintain due diligence on existing holdings
• Actively participate as a member of the investment team
• Complete Special projects as needed
Requirements:

• Familiar with related field, 5-8 years’ related experience is advantage

Duties:
• Assist in producing market reports/ presentations/ RFPs and other documentation under the guidance of senior analysts;
• Follow and update on the focused sector and stocks on daily basis, and report to the team;
• ad-hoc reports on emerging investment themes or any major current events.
Requirements:
• Economics, finance or accounting major in bachelor or master degree from a reputable universities is preferred;
• Fluent in spoken and written in English and Mandarin;
• Excellent numeric and computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint;
• Working knowledge in Bloomberg, WIND and other financial terminals a definite plus;
• Efficient, proactive and responsible;

9. Admin Department Head--Admin Department               
Duties:
Hands on experience in general administration;
Coordinate company events and handle business travel arrangement;
Perform management team's secretarial duties;
Assist in ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
• Diploma or above with at least 8-10 years relevant experience in performing  administration duties within banking and finance industry;
• Familiar with MS Office applications;
• Mature, well-organized, self-discipline and good interpersonal skills;
• Independent, flexible, responsible, reliable and committed;

10. Admin Assistant--Admin Department       
Duties:
• Perform general administrative and receptionist duties;
• Take incoming calls and update phone directories;
• Coordinate company events and handle business travel arrangement;
• Schedule appointments for other offices and maintain conference room bookings;
• Take care of guests and visitors for meetings and organize staff meetings and office events;
• Keep updating newspapers and magazines on magazine racks and public areas on a daily basis;
• Manage stationery, pantry and office supplies and handle maintenance of office equipment;
• Provide secretarial support;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
• Diploma or above with at least 2-3 years relevant experience in performing reception and                administration duties within banking and finance industry;

11. Assistant Director/Manager, Legal--Legal and Compliance Department       
Duties:
• Provide legal advisory to senior management on the business, operations and investment activities;
• Provide legal support in developing investment products especially cross border investment products and derivatives products;
• Draft and negotiate agreements with counterparties;
• Liaise with external counsel in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas on a wide range of legal issues;
• Manage ad hoc legal matters as required from the business units.
Requirements:
• LLB (China) with Hong Kong/PRC qualified lawyer with more than 3 PQE;
• Knowledge of Securities and Futures Ordinance of Hong Kong and Securities Law of the PRC;
• Sensitive and react to changing regulatory requirement;
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken;
• A strong team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills;
• Prioritization and multi-tasking skills;
• Prompt and systematic decision-making skills with good analytical skills;

12. Senior Associate/Manager, Compliance--Legal and Compliance Department       
• Perform compliance checking and review on investment products
• Provide advisory services to business units on compliance related matters for those investment products
• Liaise with SFC and other local authorities
• Assist to update procedure manuals and ensure the processes are in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
• Drafting and managing the roll out of Compliance policies, procedures and guidelines and any associated training requirements.
Requirements:
• Accounting/ Finance Degree or LLB with legal and compliance background
• Experience in an established Investment / Corporate Bank or Asset Management Firm;
• Relevant experience in Mainland China strongly preferred;
• Familiarized with investment products & SFO
• Sensitive and react to changing regulatory requirement
• Languages Skills: Good Command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
Putonghua speaking is preferred
• A strong team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills

13. Associate,Trading --Trading Department       
Duties:
• Conducts trading with sufficient speed and accuracy to successfully process the order flow
• Executes stock, bond and derivatives trades with minimal market impact
• Managing portfolio cash based on trades and fund subscriptions and redemptions
• Managing FX positions in all portfolios
• Maintains daily broker/counterparty contact to conduct trading
• Assist Manager with any ad-hoc requests
• Responds to client and partner inquiries as needed
Requirements:
• University degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Strong market and product knowledge
• Ability to respond to market events and make quick decisions
• Familiar with Bloomberg, MS Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Knowledge of MS Excel VBA will be an advantage
• Languages Skills: Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A strong team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

14. IT officer--IT Department               
Duties:
• Provide 1st level support for all applications used for the desktop operating system
• Cooperate with headquarters on application issues and problems, project implementation and new systems roll-out or software deployment
• Assist in hardware and software installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting
• Assist in Company Website development and support
• Assist in in-house application development and support
• Handle ad-hoc Project when required
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree Holder in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Excellent technical skills, including in hardware & software troubleshooting
• Proficient in Network Infrastructure, VMware, MS Exchange Server, MS Windows administration and configuration
• Knowledge of LAN\WAN technologies, a solid understanding of TCP/IP networking
• Skillful on software development projects’ documentations and source code version control
Skills that will be an advantage:
• Experience on internet web-based application development projects management or programming
• SQL server database analysis and programming
• Build, monitor and maintain Linux server infrastructure
• Experience on software beta version testing and debugging
• Technical working experience, preferably in Financial Institution
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting
• Knowledge of market data infrastructure and applications (including Bloomberg, Reuters and Factset) will be an advantage
• Languages Skills: Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A strong team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Prioritization and multi-tasking skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Officer.

15. Associate, Operations--Operations Department       
Duties:
• Arrange payments and trade settlements for both discretionary accounts and funds;
• Perform NAV checking, produce daily P&L, perform trade, position and cash      reconciliations;
• Control of day-to-day cash management;
• Ensure daily transactions (Sub/Red/Switching) are processed in according to procedures and agreed services standard;
• Liaise with external parties, such as prime brokers, executing brokers, fund administrators, trustee and other service providers for operational issues;
• Provide support and guidance to resolve issues in accounting, reporting, audits and client relationship;
• Provide secretarial support to the team;
• Experience in vendor system such as Omgeo/Bloomberg an advantage;  
• Assist in the fund operations system implementation and new fund set up;
• Perform other projects or related duties as assigned.
• Require to work shift and holiday support
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in fund administration;
• Sound knowledge of different types of investment products;
• Proficient in MS office, knowledge of VBA will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and Reuters will be an advantage.
• Languages Skills: Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• A strong team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills;
• Prioritization and multi-tasking skills;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently;
