求问关于GWU的PS中奖学金申请问题

GWU的PS要求中提到 如果想申请奖学金 要在PS中写（打电话过去确认过了 的确需要明写出来）
问题：1.有前辈可以指点一下怎么写吗？（篇幅，原因等..）
             2.写这个内容会影响录取吗？（本人托福分数尚未达到录取需要的100，现为97分，其他硬件背景还可以）

写之前先选择奖学金的类型：financial need 还是 academic merit。

写的时候注意切换角度：

• 站在申请者的角度，“我有什么能吸引GW？”
• 站在GW的角度，“如果我是GW，我会给这个申请人开奖学金么？”
  

没有固定格式。

按需写作，有的放矢。不要单纯罗列——这些都在你的PS和CV里出现过了。
