Procurement Officer (CMIJD-0105-POHK)

Responsibilities :

Administer full spectrum of procurement activities including compiling and maintaining all documentation for purchase requisition, quotation/tendering and purchase order;
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and responsible for benchmarking exercise;
Monitor, measure and review supplier performance and maintain good relationship with vendors;
Develop and implement procurement strategies; and
Prepare management report and take ad-hoc tasks assigned from Supervisor.
Requirements :

A recognized university degree in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent;
2-3 years working experience in telecom/IT/Electrical engineering related field is a plus;
A strategic thinker with strong commercial sense, analytical skills and project management skills;
Experience in tender process and procurement strategy will be an advantage;
Good communication, presentation and organizational skills
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English. Written and spoken Mandarin is a MUST.
Working experience in IT or infrastructure is preferred
