1。职位描述

1. Support the Department to implement business innovation and Fintech strategies contributing to the improvement of the Bank’s capability in offering new products and services, customer acquisition, achieving higher customer satisfaction, up keeping and staying competitive in the market.



2. Support inception and implementation of Fintech/ technologies /business innovation projects or initiatives, aimed at achieving improved customer journey and internal processes leading to effective cost efficiency and management.



3. Collaborate with various functions and departments or external business partner to drive digital service development, implementation and business result delivery.



4. Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity.



5. Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in day-to-day operations.



2。招聘岗位

1. Undergraduate or postgraduate student in relevant discipline.



2. Interested to explore or develop a career in financial services and/or Fintech related industries with the following attributes:

1). Strong awareness in latest technology for financial services.



2). Passionate on innovation with strong interest in latest technologies.



3). Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.



4). Able to articulate problems, identify opportunities and issues.



5). A good team player, self-motivated and eager to learn.



6). Able to work under tight timeline & pressure.



7). Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.



8). Knowledge and experience in Agile Project Management.



3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
