Your recent application for admission to the MSc(Eng) Programme in Infrastructure Project Management refers.

The processing of applications takes some time as they have to go through the Department of Civil Engineering, the Faculty of Engineering and other administrative departments of the University.  For your particular case, I am pleased to inform you that the Department has decided to recommend to the Faculty your admission to the MSc(Eng) Programme in Infrastructure Project management (Full-time) on condition that you complete your present degree curriculum and achieve an average marks of 75 or above.  Official admission will be offered by the Faculty of Engineering once the documents related to your application have been vetted and all details have been checked.

另外IELTS Score Report and official transcript是寄送雅思成绩和学校成绩单？雅思我官方寄送了一份，学校成绩单可以自己寄吗，是寄当时扫描上传的那份原件就可以了吧

如果楼主手头的那份成绩单想要留底备用的话，还是建议去雅思官网的考后服务里，选择额外成绩单寄送。直接通过雅思官方寄。
