关于转专业

之前收到了master of social science education in greater China studies的offer，并且已经交了三万多的留位费。前两天收到了master of education 的offer，依照邮件上的note（如文末），大概意思是我可以选择专业。现在很纠结到底要不要转，如果转了，我那三万多的留位费会是如何处置。。
