Job Description

Payoneer is looking for a highly-talented Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment, to be one of the pioneering members of our China Team. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable in multi task, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Roles & Responsibilities
•             Develops Sales Opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails. Learned to identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport;
•             Identifying sales opportunities by analyzing customers’ demands, suggesting related new Financial Solution; explaining features products and the industry trends, especially Cross-Border E-commerce industry.
•             Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
•             Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned pool
•             Team with Internal & External Partners to build pipeline and close deals
•             Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements
•             Fresh graduate is welcome, has sales experiences is preferred
•             Track record of over-achieving quota
•             Experience working with Salesforce.com or  similar CRM is preferred
•             Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Chinese & English (Simplified Chinese Reading Skill is Required)
•             Strong listening and presentation skills
•             Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•             BA/BS degree or equivalent
•             Candidate apply to work in HK must possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong.
