We have now come up with a recommended list of applicants for the University's approval to admit to the 2019-20 academic year. I understand that some applicants who have applied to other institutions may be under some pressure to pay annual tuition fees for registration and so are anxious to learn, as soon as possible, the HKU application outcomes. In view of this, as the Programme Director, I am writing to inform you that you have been recommended for acceptance into our programme.

preferably by December 27, 2018, whether you would accept/reject this (unofficial) offer.
