工作内容
聊聊海外博士深造、学术工作的那些事儿。传授职业发展经验，分享科研学术见解。为企业或政府提供专业咨询服务，让您的知识成果实现社会价值。与国内外优秀的创业团队、投资机构和孵化器平台深度合作，让您的科研成果产业化落地。在您的专业领域给予年轻学子有效的指导（例如：研究方向如何选择，研究计划如何撰写，高效科研如何实现，如何进行论文发表，如何进行学术写作，如何进行学术职业生涯规划等）。

1. Who we looking for
PhD entrepreneurs.University scholars and researchers, including PhD candidates, postdoctoral fellows, and lecturers.

2. Work Responsibilities
Talk about doctoral studies and academic work.Mentor juniors’ career development, sharing experiences and insights.Offer professional consulting services to businesses or governments to bring your knowledge to social value.Work closely with outstanding entrepreneurial teams, institutional investors, and incubator platforms to industrialize you research findings.Offer academic guidance to young students and early-stage researchers in your fields (e.g., how to choose a research topic, how to propose a research plan, and how to do research productively).

We  believe in and focus on knowledge transfer and application！

At present, the doctoral Tutor team has nearly 100 doctors and doctoral students. We look forward to welcoming more teachers, lecturers and doctors in the field of research.
