NON-COMMON LAW
(1) Are you entitled to practise the law of an
overseas jurisdiction?
(2) Do you have at least 5 years of experience in
the practice of law of that jurisdiction?
(3) Are you in good standing in that jurisdiction
(plus any other in which you are admitted)?
