Job Duties:
— Prepare marketing plans, proposals, reports and presentations;
— Participate in the development and execution of marketing plans;
— Organize PR and marketing communications events and campaigns; liaise with external parties, including supporting organizations, sponsors, vendors, clients, media, etc;
— Work closely with the team to monitor the status of event proposal to ensure the execution of the program;
— Handle any adhoc project assigned by the team.
Requirements:
— At least 3-5 years working experience in marketing or related field;
— Degree in marketing/ event management/marketing communication or relevant disciplines;
— Demonstrated potential to lead the projects and interact with clients;
— Proactive, independent and detail minded;
— Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
