After pondering the question on many occasions, I finally reach the opinion that keeping trying and never stopping working for your goals is an indispensable quality for a man. Despite never stopping working for your goals all the time has it’s drawbacks sometimes, as a coin has two sides, it has a myriad of merits in many cases. Among countless factors uphold my point, there are three conspicuous aspects as follows.

The crucial reason why I advocate the statement above, is that keeping tying and never stopping working for your goals can possibly lead you to success .Almost every invention and discovery can be attribute to the spirit of never giving up for your goals. For instance, Thomas Edison, a prolific inventor, holding 1,093 patent tried more than 1,000 types of material for filament, and finally found wolfram as filament. We used the bulb with it until now. I pursuing the invention of the explosive, he hurt his own arms, legs and body , nevertheless he never gave up his goals. By contrast, he was confident of victory and made it in the end. From these two examples above, Clearly, we can see how important persisting on your goals is.

Another essential factor why I advocate the argument of “Never , never give up” is that you can learn something special from the experience when you pursue your goals without a stop, even you fail in the end .It can be a goal without an end if you made a problematic decision, as result, you failed. This maybe the defect the statement has, however, thinking it again, you may find precious assets in the process you do this. How often we can hear the remark like that failures teaches success.

More over, anyone who keep trying and never stop working for your goals may develop into a quality of self-confidence. It is the self-confidence that makes you never give up for your goals.

All in all, it is sagacious to support the statement for it is a good guide to victory , can give people valuable experience and self-confidence. Therefore, in most cases,” Never, never dive up ”is really something that you should always bear in mind.

Ever since the announcement that a new university will be built, some people argued that it is unreasonable to build a new one, for it is a waste of money and will bring noise here. As far as I concerned, having a new university in the neighborhood will certainly produce both advantages and disadvantages to the environment and residents.

After pondering the merits and defects of establishing a new university on many occasions, the advantages of building a new university are listed as follows. F·Bacon, a famous British philosophy，said that “knowledge is power.” Admittedly as the establishment of the new university, more young people will be capable to have the chance to receive higher education here. As a result, the high-tech industry will have a skyrocketing development in this area. Moreover, a large amount of shops and bars will soon surround the new university, so there will certainly be a sharp increase in the local employment. What a fabulous idea wound benefit all the development of the local education, industry and business.

“A coin has two sides”, on the other hand, disadvantages also exist in the establishment of a new university. Noise will be regarded as the major problem, especially while the new university is being built. Latter on, as lots of students will study there, the cars increase too, therefore, the place where the university located will be congested soon definitely. Those local people will lose their serenity.

Fortunately, thinking it again, although these opposed reasons have a little bit of water, the advantages surely out weigh those disadvantages. The local people sacrifice their tranquil and peaceful life, yet the city gain a thrive prospective. I think it is worthwhile.

As a huge country with a large population of 1.3 billion—our country china—when talked about there is a more need for land in its natural condition or to be developed for housing and industry, the majority will choose the second proposal as their preference. Nevertheless as “a coin has two sides.” Developing more land for housing and industry will produce both its advantages. I wound explore only a few of most important respects.

In term of substantive level, the reason mentioned below seems to be advisable and deserve more consideration. China ,the country with the largest population of the world, has been entangled by the population problem which hindered the development of china for about 30 years. As a result, housing problem became the foremost emergency resulted from it. In my retrospect, approximately 15 years ago, my household lived in a tenement whose size was only 10 square meters. And even now, a preponderance of people are still living in those small, dilapidated and dirty houses. After all, there should not be any opposing critics for china to develop more land for housing on condition of the environment not being destroyed.

With such a big population, yet still undeveloped, it is really a dilemma for china to choose greatly developing industry while sacrificing the environment or caring for the pollution, there is a proverb we often hear like that“the more haste, the less speed.” I am in favor of developing the industry and still taking the environment into consideration. Now, in china, we can usually pass by a river which is black and stench. What the aftermath of the industry development is the water pollution that wound case an increase of the rate of people’s getting illness, people drinking more dirty water, and the beginning of earth pollution.

Admittedly, if more land is developed for housing and industry, we will certainly have more places to live, better incomes, welfare. Nevertheless, why abandoning blue sky, fresh sky and green land, we should do our best to protect our natural condition while developing our land for housing and industry.
