Reform is seldom brought about by people who are concerned with their own reputation and social standing. Those who are really in earnest about reforming a government, an educational system, or any other institution must be willing to be viewed with disdain by the rest of the world.
具体思路：1，革命就一定会遭到敌对，不可避免
2 真正的革命者是要放弃荣誉和社会地位例子，辛亥革命中的叛徒和软弱派
3真正革命者一定会遭到敌对，但是他们不是喜欢别人的轻蔑和敌对，而是享受革命带来的快乐，例子埃及王后、自己的例子
4总结真正的革命者的状态就是孤独的应对大多数的敌对和轻蔑

As a ancient Chinese saying goes : the one who is walking on a new road is always lonely .Reform ,no matter what kind of definition will be given , no matter where or when it had taken place  or will happen ,is inevitably means standing on the opposite side towards the majority especially the whole society or community which the reform tent to pull off.

Reputation and social standing bestowed to the reformer are the thing belonging to the old government or former systems ,they should not be considered  precious in the reformer's view ,whereas they are the very things which became the symbol of the old things to be deserted .the people who care much upon their own reputation and social standing ,are not really ardor about reforming .Perhaps what they are searching for is not exactly their reforming ideal to come true but something else .
For example ,in the first 20th century of China ,when great reformer Sunzhongshan called for the whole nation to pull off the government of Qing Dynasty, tens of thousands of reformers came out into the street to join in the march of parade , even many of them joined the communities that criticize the social outdated culture in the newspaper ,but when the reform exaggerated in to violent struggles together with direct and public cutting off from the government  ,and the government began to manhunt the reformers and put them into jail and sentence them to be the betrayer of the country ,their reputation and property are destroyed .so many who had exclaimed to struggle for the new China  till the last breadth ,slidebacked to there former position of their life .Then after that the number of reformers decreased into a minimum .Hence ,it is not hard to get the conclusion  that the one who can not  put down his or her reputation and social standing will not become a  genuine reformer specially in the very moment of deciding the fate of the nation as well as an individual's life.

However, those who are really in ardor about reforming  a government ,an educational system ,or any other institution  must  receive much disdain from the people of the rest of the world .It is well-known that if you are against someone no matter how generous he is ,he will not regard you as a saint and be friendly to you from heart though maybe there would be  a  smiling face towards you. It is the human nature that we will be hostile to the one who go against us .For example , in ancient Egypt , the Queen will kill the maid who told her the truth that her hair was not as black and milky as  her younger age .And something happened on my self is also a good instance , one of my friends is very beautiful dancer  but very pride "princess", who always thought that she is the number one in the school's dancing club, one day ,when  i told her there was another girl who can dance  even better than her , she come into madness and  did not talk to me for one week .

Admittedly, people who defy the majority can get too much resistance from the government, system or institution. While, one question is are all the reformers willing to be viewed with disdain, can they enjoy the pleasure being against by the rest of the world? Do they want to possess an position on the exact opposite side, ferocious conflicts  together with hatred are  the necessary approach of  the reform .In this sense the reformers who choose to be against by the majority are totlely idealist who can get rid of the treats of concerning about losing reputation and social standing ,meanwhile they have challenged the human nature that they are never feeble than ever to be against by the group or community .
All in all, the reform brought about by the people who really in the earnest about reforming is exactly cool conduction, both from reform itself and the people who hold the belief and determined to make it come true .

看了你的提纲‘但是他们不是喜欢别人的轻蔑和敌对，而是享受革命带来的快乐’这句话好像有点偏了。此外你的例子中只有政治方面的，题目中是有an educational system, or any other institution的哟。 好，我开始看正文了
