1年前在香港考了雅思，现在在british council的网站上想选择电子送分给申请的学校，但是居然显示During the period of re-marking, the test results are frozen and cannot be used to apply for a university placement or be sent to an immigration authority. 我根本没有要求过re-marking,不知道怎么会这个样子，想问有什么解决的办法吗？
