Some  of  my   friends,  especially  those  new  schol  leavers,  are  busying  with  job-huntings.
Besides  a   charming  and  proper-organized  RESUME,   is   there  some  tips  for  the  face-to-face  interview?

Well, to be frank with u, I've never had any interviews for employment. But I think an interview is no more than a presentation of yourself. It is a demonstration of your capability and competence for the position you apply for. So my advice is to be yourself, and try to 'show off' in a proper scale. Let them know who you are and what your future plan is. In addition, you should prove what you plan by what you have done.

I am sure everyone will give an impressive interview presentation as long as you do it in your own way.
There is nothing lost

That may be found

If sought

Excellent  advice~
Just  be  urself,  and  its  the  God's  job  to  decide ur  fortune~
And  my  next  question  is:  What  do  u  think  of  working  experience?
U  no,  nowadays,  it's  still  a  commonplace  to  have  most  companies  emphasising  a  great  great  deal  about  relevant  working  experience  when  they're  doing  the  recruit  work.   We  can  understand  it  because  they're  merchants,  running  for  profit  and  money-oriented.  And  people  possessing  rich  working  experience  could  surely  limit  the  expectancy  of  pre-work  cultivation,  making  the  most  benifit  at  the  least  cost.  It's  a  wise  choice  to  cut  down  the  productive  cost.  However,  As  to  our  new  school  leavers  on  the  other  side,  we  can't  acqurie  that  rich  working  experience  'cause  we  have  to  consentrate  on  ur  academic  studies  and  it's  also  hard  to  find  some  big  partime  job  in  our  spare  time~   It's  impossible  to  have  fish  in  one  hand  and  the  paw  in  another.  Therefore,  the  problem  comes,  when  we  step  into  the  job  market,  nobody  would  like  to  employ  us!  They'd  rather  leave  the  place  vacant  than  offering  to  a  new  school  leaver.  It's  such  an  pitiful  and  embarrassed  situation,  and  who  should  pay  the  bill  to  us  do  u  think?
