10月上旬申请港中大PhD，十一月收到邮件要求补我的第二个硕士成绩材料，然后还说：FYI, scanned copies of the latest official academic transcripts with official chop from the Registry or Office responsible for handling student records is accepted for issuing the admission offers. If you are admitted in our programme, you are required to submit original copies of those official documents for verification by the conditions fulfillment deadline.
请问这个信息是什么意思呢？是否交上最新的成绩单offer就会出。我也不敢乱猜。
