suggest watching a movie for 2~3hr. first, all in English. Then chat here...by the time you will probably think in English

Just pretend that you were writing some formal mails or essays whenever you are saying something here.

That's a spelling of colloquial English of "out of " or "out to", I think.
Just like "wanna", "gotta"...
They seem to be more and more popular, right?
If you are not used to it, just write the way you like. But I think it's good to understand them, though.
