The author acclaim(s) that praise(praising,这里好像是从句里做主语吧) positive actions and ignore(ignoring) negative ones is the best way of teaching and it could apply (应该用被动吧,could be applied to) to whether as an educator, employer, or parents. (这句的论述好像有些问题,比较别扭) I disagree with the author’s assertion for the following reasons.
Firstly, ignore(ignoring)) negative actions in the process of education may bring a serious(severe?) and unexpected consequence(effects?). For parents, if they do not stop their child’s wrongdoing or do not chide him when they see their child steal(stealing) a toy form (from) other children, their behaviors actually give a hint to their children that they assent his behavior. Their child thus could not realize that his behavior is not good, and he may keep these bad habits even he may become a real theft (thief) when he grows up. For teachers , ignore(ignoring) the lies behavior of his students without disabuse(disabusing) them and teach(teaching) them to become a high-minded people , may cause his students to cheat others again and again, in the worst , he may use cheating methods to defraud money from others, and become a swindler. For employers, if he(注意前后一致they,或者前面an employer) do not rectify some bad habits of one of his employees, such as late to work, leave(leaving) work early, absent from work without leave and etc, other his employees(others of the employees) may imitate this employee’s behavior . These bad habits may become norms in his working circumstances. Furthermore, these norms could lead to low performance, low productive(productivity), low morals and decrease of the efficacy(efficiency) . In other words, these unexpected behaviors are caused by the ignoring of negative actions.
Second, the education effect of criticize and correct negative action are better than the effect(可用that或it代指) of praise positive action. For a child, punishing him to clear floor of three room for he did something wrong give him a more(?) deeper impression than give(giving) him some praise words when he finishes his work on time . The influence of punishing education is far –reaching, it could accompany with(多余,accompany是及物东西吧?) him in his whole life. He could never make these mistakes again by remember(remembering) the punishment. For instance, my nephew, a seven-years old lovely boy, once he throwed a rock and breaked the window of his room , his mother was very anger and do(did) not permit him to eat supper. My nephew never does that thing after that nignt because he remembers the feeling of hunger. And thus, the punishment makes sense for it makes my nephew realize his wrongdoing. That is, correct negative actions make better effect than just praising.
Admittedly, we could not ignore the important function of praising positive actions in the education process. Given some parsing words or given some (删掉) rewards for positive action gives correct direction for children or employees. They are more likely to repeat these behaviors for they are being encouraged. Parsing also gives them more confidence and good mood to do correct behaviors. It also conduces to the formation of good habits for children and productive norms for employees
In sum, using both methods that praise positive action and ignore(应该是不忽略吧?) negative ones are the best way to teach. So we should not ignore the effect of correct negative action in the education process
NOTE:自己先改一下再贴上来吧,全是基本的语法、句法、拼写错误。我也是今天写的第一篇issue,一起努力吧。 |
