We are developing new techniques and discovering new physics in 2D materials. Our group has four main research directions:
1. Low-temperature physics in novel 2D systems, with a key interest in ferromagnetic superconductivity in van der Waals superconductors;
2. Atomically-thin amorphous carbon (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-019-1871-2);
3. Super-capacitors and batteries;
4. Transfer of large-area graphene with precise control of the layers

We are looking for highly motivated candidates with a background in physics, chemistry or materials science. The candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:
1. A master/Ph.D. degree from a leading university for Ph.D./postdoc candidate;
2. A rich experience in research;
3. Publications in decent journals are preferred;
4. Fluent English is a must;
5. Strong responsibility and teamwork attitude;
6. Strong motivation for big steps in research
