2）We have received and processed your CSSD transcript verification report for your current Bachelor of Laws program at xxxuniversity and the listing has been marked 'Transcript without Translation' as we await additional documentation. We will mark the listing as 'Complete' upon receipt of the following：….
我的学信网报告是通过爱尔兰那个机构发送过并且也通过邮箱发送的形式发送过英文中文版。这是否已经证明我的学信网报告和成绩单寄送他们都已经收到？这样的状态是不是说明哪里出现了问题呢？检查了一下网站的状态仍然显示not processed和transcript without translation，是哪里出了问题吗？恳请大家解答，非常感谢！

你是不是邮寄材料的时候，没有寄学校出的英文成绩单，只邮寄了中文的？英文邮件里说是：xx university(Transcript Without Translation)
