relax yourself before going to bed
or going to bed with so much tired that no space for thinking....

Yep, I do.
I have been to the same place in dream after many years. What's more, every time the dream is not the same but still connected in time sequence. (One happened after another dream.)

It made me feel that I was only awake when dreaming but dreaming when I felt awake.

everyday, i couldn't sleep safe , but i try up to sleep,

because i have a lot of work in the next day.

I used to dream that I was cought by the evil from the back,what's worse,
I can't move a little and I can't shout for help either.Just a nightmare.

After I was tragically forced to break up with my girlfriend...
I dream about her almost everynight in the last three years..

terrified..
But after all,I finally get rid of her
Though I still can not figure out that forgetting her is a blessing or a curse..
Still terrified..
