大赛将进一步整合战略性新兴产业优势，激发创新潜力，集聚创业资源，营造大中小企业融通发展产业生态，形成以大带小、大中小融通的产业链帮扶格局，共同推动智能视觉产业的健康快速发展。

大赛亮点

参赛条件 REQUIREMENTS

01

参赛项目负责人具有硕士及以上学位，有海内外创业 经历或在国内外知名企业担任管理、技术类中高级职务，有较强的经营管理能力，年龄不超过60周岁。

The project leader has a master's degree or above,who also has experiences in entrepreneurship domestically or abroad,or holds senior positions in management or technology in well-known domestic or foreign enterprises with strong business management skills.The leaderis no more than 60 years old.

参赛项目具有自主知识产权、掌握关键核心技术，创业团队结构合理，拥有国际先进、国内领先技术成果，或者能够填补国内空白，产业化开发潜力大。

The participating project possesses independent intellectual property rights and key technologies.The entrepreneurial team has a reasonable structure and pos sesses technological achievements that are domesti cally/internationally advanced or fill the gaps of the domestic technologies, which have great potential for industrial development.

参赛项目有明确落户诸暨的意向，在诸暨创办企业后注册资金一般不低于200万元，参赛项目负责人为主要创办人且为第一大股东或最大自然人股东，自有资金(含技术入股)占创业投资的30%以上，且投入企业的实收资金100万元以上。

The paricipating proiect has a clear intention to settle in Zhuji. After establishing an enterprise in Zhujithe registered capital should not be less than 2 million CNY.The project leader, as the main founder, is the largest shareholder or the largest natural person shareholder. The own funds(including technology investment)account for more than 30% of the venture capital, and the paid-up capital invested in the enterprise is more than 1 million CNY.

参赛项目负责人及其团队成员社会信誉良好、无不良记录,提供的资料真实、合法 有效，参赛项目符合国家法律法规和产业政策，无知识产权纠纷。

The project leader and members have a good social reputation and records,and the provided information is true,legal and valid.The participating proiect complies with national laws,regulations and industrial policies, and there are no intellectual property disputes.

同一参赛项目和项目负责人只能申报中国·绍兴“万亩千亿”新产业平台全球创业大赛一个专项赛，不得重复参赛。

The participating project and the project leader can only apply for 'Ten Thousand Acres and One Hundred Billion’New Industry Platform Global Entrepreneurship Competition as a special competition,participating other competitions is not allowed.

由各城市分站赛评审出的入围项目前往诸暨参加系列赛专场总决赛，现场决出一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖5名、优胜奖6名并颁奖。

The shortlisted proiects selected by the evaluation of each city’s Grand Prix will go to Zhuii to participate in the final competition.One First Prize,two Second Prizes,five Third Prizes and six Honorable Mentions will be decided and awarded on site.五政策支持 POLICY SUPPORTS

根据系列赛决赛名次，一、二、三等奖项目落地后可享受以下政策支持。

According to the ranking of the Final Competitionthe projects presented with the first,second and third prizes will be supported by the following policies after proj ect implementation.

01项目资助 Project Funding

根据系列赛决赛名次，一、二、三等奖项目落地后，经绍兴市委人才办审核通过，可认定为绍兴“名士之乡”英才计划A类、B类、C类项目，分别给予500万元、300万元、200万元的项目资金资助。

According to the ranking of the Final Competition, after the projects presented with the first, second and third prizes, are implemented and approved by the Talent Office of Shaoxing Municipal Party committee,the projects can be recognized as the Class A,Class B or Class C projects of'Hometown of Renowned Scholars’Talent Project in Shaoxing,receiving project funding of5million,3million or 2 million CNY respectively.

02场地支持 siteSupport

在杭州、上海、深圳及国内任何创新资源集聚区免费提供科创飞地、用于就地招揽高层次人才,在诸暨免费提供包括智能视觉产业园在内的生产场地，购买厂房还享最高30%补贴。

The projects will be offered free science and technology innovation enclaves in Hangzhou, Shanghai,Shenzhen and any other innovative resource cluster in China for recruiting local high-level talents. In Zhuji,free sites for production will be also offered (including Zhuji Intelligent Vision Industrial Park),and supported by subsidies up to 30% for purchasing factories.
03金融扶持 Financial Support

全程提供一对一金融服务，以信用方式提供最高500万元的设备贷款，助力项目建成产线。对接创业投资引导基金，采取直投、跟投等方式投资高层次人才创业企业。给予贷款额1000万元内按基准利率两年全额贴息，给予最高500万元的政策性担保，特别重大人才项目可提高担保额度。

The projects will be offered one-on-one financial services during the whole process, providing equipment loans of up to 5 million CNY by credit to assist the project es- tablish its production line. They will also be connected with venture capital guid- ance fund, adopting methods such as direct investment and joint investment to invest enterprises founded by high-level talents.The projects’loans within 10 million CNY at benchmark interest rates will be no interest for two years, and they will also be given policy guarantees up to 5 million CNY.The guarantee amount can be increased for the projects found by crucial talents.

04创业赋能 Entrepreneurship Empowerment

项目落地5年内给予最高500万元的销售奖励；自主引入创投资金给予最高500万元奖励；新购置设备、新发生研发投入，给予最高500万元的资助。

A sales reward up to 5 million CNY is offered within five years of the project imple -mentation, a reward up to 5million CNY is offered for introducing innovative invest -ment funds independently, and a subsidy up to 5 million CNY is offered for newly purchased equipment and newly incurred research and development investment.

05配套服务 porting services

至少60万元的购房补贴、至少12万元安家补贴，免费入住人才公寓，3年后低于市场价申购，享受住房公积金贷款政策。此外，落地项目人才还可享受子女教育、医疗保健、文体休闲、交通出行等生活服务。

The talents participating in the project will be offered at least 600,000 CNY of hous- ing purchase subsidy, at least 120,000 CNY of settlement subsidy.They also have free admission to the talent apartment and are allowed to buy the apartment below market price after 3 years, and the housing provident fund loan policy is also ap- plied. In addition,talents participating in implemented projects will be offered with living services such as children's education, health care, sports,culture and leisure, transportation.

06其他奖励 otherSupports

1、前8名获奖项目将获得直通车资格参加AI开发者大赛总决赛并参与相关奖项的角逐；科大讯飞AI服务市场入驻特权；科大讯飞创孵基地绿色入驻通道(资金/技术入孵)。

2、参加城市分站赛线下路演的项目可享受：诸暨智能视觉产业园房价优惠200元/平方米;诸暨智能视觉产业园单身公寓(配生活电器)免租3个月。

1、The top 8 winning projects will be qualified to participate in the Al Developer Competition finals directly and compete for the relevant awards;Entry Privileges of

ifLYTEK Al service market;Green Entry Channel for iFLYTEK’s Incubation Base (capi tal/technology entry).

2、The projects participating in roadshow of Grand Prix will be offered with a dis- count of 200 CNYper square meter on the purchase of ZhujiIntelligent Vision Indus =trial Park, 3 months rent-free for the en-suite(equipped with household appliances) in Zhuji Intelligent Vision Industrial Park.

七注意事项  NOTES

• 本次大赛不对参赛选手收取任何费用。
• 参赛选手应遵守大赛赛事规定，所提交的创业项目相关材料不得存在抄袭、盗用等不法现象，一经发现，即取消申报及资助资格，追回已资助资金。参赛项目涉及知识产权纠纷的，一切责任由参赛选手自行承担。
• 大赛报名项目材料将对各大企事业单位、各类园区、科研机构等公开发放，寻求交流对接。
• 参赛选手完全本着自愿原则参加本次比赛，如对大赛有异议，可及时与大赛组委会联系沟通，或选择退出比赛，但无权要求更改比赛规程或赔偿因参赛所发生的任何费用。
• 如遇不可抗力因素影响大赛正常进行，主办方有权对赛程作相应调整或终止比赛。
• 大赛组委会保留进一步补充本次比赛规则的权利，并享有相关事宜的最终解释权。未尽事宜，另行通知。
