CEIBS Full-time RA Job Opening

CEIBS was the first business school on the Chinese mainland to be accredited by both EQUIS and AACSB. Currently, there are 83 faculty at CEIBS. From 2018 to 2022, a total of nearly 536 cases have been developed and 550 papers have been published, including 120 articles in the core journals of the Financial Times (FT) and 41 articles in A* Publications.

Research staff have played an invaluable role at CEIBS over the years as the school continues to boost its research capabilities. Many later go to pursue PhD programmes at top-tier schools, with about 26 enrolled over the past 2 years.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist faculty in research, including conducting literature reviews, collecting/coding/analyzing data, coordinating research projects, editing references, making tables and figures, etc.
2. Assist faculty in teaching, including course development and design, material preparation, and other coordination activities.

Job Requirements:

1. At least a research-oriented Master’s degree, preferably in a business discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. or prior Ph.D. experience interested in strategic management.
2. Excellent command of English and Chinese.
3. Skills in interviewing and online research, familiarity with China’s business / economic / securities databases.
4. Skills in popular statistical software (e.g., STATA) and MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
