摘要：
上门陪小孩子玩(18个月男孩)，每周三次，每次3小时(优先2点半到5点半，含茶歇)。每次酬劳300港币加50交通补贴。

内容是(可以通过自学)"地板时光"方法，在陪玩的过程中增加小朋友的社交兴趣和能力。不要求有经验，可以边学边尝试，兴趣和爱心最重要。

地点为白石角云汇(近中大)。

ps: 早期幼儿教育在香港是很好的发展行业，该兼职可做为实习经历。

Part-time Position - In-home Child Companion (3 hours/day)
Qualifications:
1. Education in fields such as Education, Psychology, Linguistics, Rehabilitation
Science, Social Work, or related disciplines.
2. Vibrant personality, good interpersonal skills, enjoys making friends with
children.
3. Willing to learn child education theories, interested in child companionship
and early childhood education.
4. Available for a minimum of 3 days per week, with a commitment of at least 2
months.
Responsibilities:
1. Spend 3 hours each session engaging in interactive and companion-based
activities with the child in a home environment (including break time).
2. Follow the interaction model of ESDM (Early Start Denver Model) or DIR/
FloorTime, allowing the child to take the lead in interactive play, with the goal
of enhancing the child's social initiative.
Salary:
1. Hourly rate of 100 HKD, plus a transportation allowance of 50 HKD per
session.
2. Upon completion of 2 months of cooperation, an additional compensation of
2000 HKD will be provided.
3. All payments will be made in cash.

兼職-上門幼兒陪伴（3小時/天）
資格：
1. 教育學、心理學、語言學、康復學、社工等相關專業
2. 性格活潑，有親和力，喜歡和幼兒交朋友，
3. 有一定兒童教育理論學習能力，對幼兒陪伴及早期幼兒教育相關領域感興趣
4. 每週最少3天，持續最少2個月
內容：
1. 每次和幼兒在家庭環境中，陪伴式互動3小時（包括茶歇）
2. 互動模式參考ESDM或DIR/FloorTime，以幼兒主導的方式，陪伴互動遊玩，目標是提升幼兒的社交主動性
薪酬：
1. 100HKD/小時，另加每次交通補貼50港幣
2. 完成2個月合作後，另有2000港幣酬謝
3. 以上均為現金支付
