Currently, the passively study has been criticized by the whole [U]用whole好不好啊? [/U] of the society, people commend that students should keep a skeptical attitude while studying. In my point of view, I basically support the opinion in that skepticism not only prevents students from learning some incorrect knowledge but also cultivate their ability of critical thinking and help them master the knowledge better.[U]提出观点。开头不错![/U]
To begin with, what is taught by the teachers [U]并不只是老师教的,对自己学的知识(如书本、传媒及网络上的知识)也应该抱这种态度。你缩小获取知识的范围了 [/U] is not always doubtless. Actually, everyone will make mistakes, even the authority. A good example to support my opinion is that before Galileo demonstrated to the public that all the substances fall to the earth at the same speed if they start with no speed, everyone stretched deeply in their heart with what Aristotle had said: large bodies will fall to the earth more rapidly than those small ones towards the earth. Therefore, even the most famous scholars will make mistakes, let alone the [U](普通的)[/U] school teachers. Realizing this fact, students should not merely assimilate whatever they have been taught but keep a skepticism attitude in their study in order to avoid absorbing some incorrect information./[U]观点1:教师教的不见得是对的[/U] /

Through skepticism about what they are taught, students will get opportunities to think by themselves, not just remember meaningless information. Obviously, to find the answers for their question, they have to ask the teachers, discuss with others or go to the libraries to seek in the books. During the process, the knowledge will leave a deep expression in their minds, and also, they learn the capacity to analyze and solve problems. Thus, their knowledge and ability increase through the process of skepticizing and seeking for the key for the skeptics.[U]也可以再举个例子说明,随着时代发展,曾经正确的也可能变得不正确了或至少不完善,在否定或补充前人的基础上,提出新的见解或理论。如相对论[/U]
[U]让步:学习不是为了怀疑[/U] Admittedly, the goal of studying is not skepticism but to learn useful and real knowledge. If the knowledge of the students is limited, it is apparent that most of the phenomena they cannot understand,[U]还有一个词也可以:grasp[/U] which does not mean that the explanation for them are is absolutely wrong. In this case, if the students, through their own ways, find out that the information is correct, they should accept the knowledge[U] more easy/glad[/U] . Skepticism is only a measure to make sure that people learn the valuable knowledge, not the final purpose, or else students can learn nothing.
To sum up, skepticism is beneficial in the process of study for the students in that they can help students to distinguish what is valuable for them to learn. Meanwhile, they can also get opportunities to cultivate their ability in the way of seeking for the answers to the problems.
