Recognizing of the merit by collaboration, young leaders' approaches to achieve development could break the constrained within competitive ways. Take China and Singapore’s relation for example. Even though far from each other they are, they obtain the counterpart's merit to make up their own deficiency by government’s trade agreement. The lack of raw material in Singapore are facilitated by the abundance of Chinese material, such as Iron, wood. While the advanced administration of Singapore enterprise does also export to China. KFC's position used to be unshakeable in China, unfortunately, several restaurants of Chinese fried chicken as a national fast-food combined together to protect their market sharing, even accumulating powers to defeat against KFC in fast-food market in china.   

Thirdly, the internal harmony and high efficiency demand leader's mechanism for teamwork instigation and benign environment maintaining rather than competitive stimulation。 Since diversified people with different view and thought have to be organized by leader, how to promote inferiors activity serves as a suspending while crucial question for leaders. the CEO of IBM suggested (and I paraphrase) teamwork can increase productivity and please participants to retain vigor and confidence to engage into routing work.

Admittedly, competition, as a traditional method to achieve progress, is also of significance. But because of the intrinsic importance and solid position in young leaders’ mind, there is no necessary to attribute more contribution to competition, moreover, society has over-emphasized on competition to nest generation.  .  

In sum, young leaders armed with weapons of thinking interactively and mutually should be encouraged for collaboration. Otherwise the decision making and strategy forming by young leaders will be unilateral, short-sighted, ineffective and even wrongheaded.
