本人今年博士毕业，去美国作博士后，J1签证，老婆去年去美国念PHD

去上海之前我美国老板的网页打不开了，所以材料就没美国老板的CV，
开始还担心这个

7.5号下午到美琪，晚上填了填表

7.6号早上6:40左右到楼下排队，8:20左右上楼，再领号。
F1全奖的形势不错，我看到的几个都过了，
发现11号窗口的光头的确放水放的很快，心里老想去他那签，
不过我被5号窗口的叫到了，一下是我和他的对话：

Visa officer: When will you graduate?
Me: June. I have gotten my doctoral degree in June.  
  
The visa officer found the information about my wife. Then
  
Visa officer: Are your wife in the United States?
Me:Yes.
Visa officer: What does she do in the United States? And where?
Me: She studies for her doctoral degree in Case Western Reserve
University in Ohio state.
Visa officer: I am sorry I cannot issue the visa. You are not qualified.  
Me: Please give me the reason.
The Visa officer 撕了张纸给我，然后在我护照上盖据签章

我再想说什么，VO开始看下个人的材料，不理我了，我只好走人

好像VO是怀疑我想移民，由于我老婆在美国读书。

真是不知道下次签要做什么改变，还请各位朋友多多指教。谢谢！
