早上8：30考得。ISSUE选的是非主流领域如占星术等是否能够满足人们对于主流科学无法解释的需求。 ARGUMENT：根据人们日常谈论电视节目比较多的研究而鼓励作家去在电视写作方面训练。

ISSUE 关于电视和阅读哪个重要。
ARGUMENT 在SUMMIT CITY 开一个工厂的那个，那里有很多失业人员和很多土地。当地土地税率很低。

Argument216.The following appeared in a magazine article about planning for retirement.
