------题目------
Scandals—whether in politics, academia, or other areas—can be useful. They focus our attention on problems in ways that no speaker or reformer ever could.
------正文------
The author asserts that scandals sometimes beneficial to the society, since they can cause people focus on problems while no speaker or reformer ever could. It seems to be quite reasonable at first glance, however, after thorough analysis, I consider that scandals are more harm to society than theirs benefits.

In the field of politics, there are many scandals to be disclosed everyday. Admittedly, these scandals arrest the public's eye in the world. For example, the sexual scandal of the former American president Bill Clinton and cause the attention of all American people. Since Clinton has made great contributions to the American economy, a controversial discussion rises, what he should resign the president is under hot discussion in that time. And almost every newspaper will report the news about the event on the front page. From this case, we can know significant influence of scandals. Of course, no speaker and reformer have the ability to call for so many people to make a discussion on the same issue in same period of time.

However, there are many other scandals which convert people's attention from what they should focus on, and make a evil example for the society. These scandals will be harm to society.  It is an apt example to illustrate that when a law officer received the criminal's bride, then he would no longer judge the case in fair. After the scandal discloses, the local people will consider that everyone is not equal before the law, and if you have enough money, then you will get some privileges, and even if you infringe the law and impart other's interest, you will also be protected well. This will result in people disappointment to the government, and finally cause the society in chaos.

In the field of academia, the scandals also play a evil role in the people's thoughts. The most scandals in the academia is that person plagiarize other's research results and papers to make fame and money for himself.   Since to achieve a result in any academic field needs hard work for several years or even the whole life, many scientists can not endure the hardships, they choose to plagiarize the achievements of other scientists. And also they can escape the penalty of the law for the sake that plagiarism is hard to prove. These activities set a evil example for the youth, if the way prevails, no one will engage in the research, and no more significant inventions will come into being.

In the field of other areas, such as artists, the scandal can be used as tool to make people refocus on some one. For example, some outdated pop stars use the scandals to gain the purpose that people can focus on him again, while people always see these kind of scandals as entertainment. However, when our televisions are full of these scandals, public people will have no time to appreciate the real impressive works and improve their art taste. What’s more worse is that if all artists imitate this kind of act, the culture and artist will be back up rather than move forward.

To sum up, due to above mentioned reasons, which correlate with each other to generate an integrate whole and become more convincing than any single one of them, we may comfortable to say that the scandals will make more harm to the society than the benefits.

Therefore, in this sense, scandals benefits scientific research by reducing number of cheatings. ]

你的语言挺流畅的,羡慕!!
我的提纲和你的完全不一样啊。可能因为这样,在我看来,你的文章没有说服力,没关系,最后几天就熟悉自己的套路就行了。

我的是:
Scandal is beneficial to politics. -> improve democracy (Watergate scandal), improve morality (Bill Clinton’s extramarital affair with Lewinsky)
Scandal is beneficial to business -> Enron Account Cheating ->improvement of law regulating business accounting, protect economic interests of ordinary stockholders.
Scandal brings harm to society -> on the one hand, to those celebrities ->disturb their peaceful time, celebrities are not mentally and physically different from ordinary people, and as ordinary citizens they also have the right of privacy; on the other hand, to ordinary people->distract from daily lives (children), and pressing social problems(adults)
Major: cognitive radio, wireless communication

这一段好像没怎么看懂,也许是我的水平差,不过总觉得和TS距离有点远,
In the field of academia, the scandals also play a evil role in the people's thoughts. The author asserts that scandals sometimes are(从句应该有谓语吧) beneficial to the society, since they can cause people focus(应该用原形么?doing吧) on problems while no speaker or reformer ever could. It seems to be quite reasonable at first glance, however, after thorough analysis, I consider that scandals are more harm to society than theirs benefits(这句话不通,前后主语不一致).
开头段还是挺明确的,呵呵

In the field of politics, there are many scandals to be(是否可省略?不是太肯定) disclosed everyday. Admittedly, these scandals arrest the public's eye(复数) in the world. For example, the sexual scandal of the former American president Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky cause(这个词可以这么用么,改成draw好些) the attention of all American people. Since Clinton has made great contributions to the American economy, a controversial discussion rises(过去式), what(是不是应该是why?) he should resign the president is under hot discussion in that time. And almost every newspaper will report the news about the event on the front page. From this case(没这个词组,应该是in this case), we can know significant influence of scandals. Of course, no speaker and reformer have the ability to call for so many people to make a discussion on the same issue in same period of time.

However, there are many other scandals which convert people's attention from what they should focus on, and make a evil example for the society. These scandals will be harm(harmful) to society.  It is an apt example to illustrate that when a law officer received the criminal's bride, then he would no longer judge the case in fair. After the scandal discloses, the local people will consider that everyone is not equal before the law(最好改成it is not equal to everyone before the law), and if you have enough money, then you will get some privileges, and even if you infringe the law and impart other's interest, you will also be protected well. This will result in people‘s disappointment to the government, and finally cause the society in chaos.

In the field of academia, the scandals also play a evil role in the(去掉) people's thoughts. The most(most of) scandals in the academia is that person plagiarize other's research results and papers to make fame and money for himself.   Since to achieve(是to do么?不清楚) a result in any academic field needs hard work for several years or even the whole life, many scientists can not endure the hardships, they choose to plagiarize the achievements of other scientists.

What’s more worse is that if all artists imitate this kind of act, the culture and artist(应该是art) will be back up rather than move forward.

To sum up, due to above mentioned reasons, which correlate with each other to generate an integrate whole and become more convincing than any single one of them, we may comfortable to say that the scandals will make more harm to the society than the benefits.(同上)

总体说来思路还是蛮不错的,并且后面感觉比前面好,但是语法和词的用法要注意,继续努力吧
下面是我写的一篇表示同意的,请指教~~
